Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and maintain Orcella’s advanced systems. This role requires hands-on expertise with hardware and software, along with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. The position also demands strong problem-solving abilities, technical communication skills, and the ability to provide customer training and support.
Key Responsibilities
System Installation: Install hardware, software, and integrated systems at customer sites, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: Assess and resolve technical issues, including hardware malfunctions, software errors, and network communication problems.
System Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform disassembly, reassembly, testing, and software updates to ensure systems meet performance standards.
Customer Training: Train end-users on system operation, troubleshooting procedures, and proper maintenance to maximize system performance.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including testing data, repair logs, and customer service reports.
Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support, addressing customer concerns until resolution is achieved.
Trade Show Support: Assist with the setup, operation, and dismantling of company systems at trade shows and customer demonstrations.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on troubleshooting and repair abilities for complex hardware and software systems.
Some foundation in programming languages.
Familiarity with network protocols, real-time systems, and hardware-software integration.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in a technical service or field service engineer role.
Exposure to IoT systems, sensor-based technologies, or embedded systems.
Key Attributes:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing training and customer support.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed, with travel requirements varying based on business needs. Must also be available for on-call emergency work when required.

4 對ISO質(zhì)量管理體系和常用質(zhì)量工具有比較深的理解且能熟練運用；
5 善于溝通，有較好的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力；

2.熟悉并能正確執(zhí)行國家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，經(jīng)過醫(yī)療器械相關(guān)法規(guī)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面的培訓(xùn)，熟悉ISO9001、ISO13485體系、FDA認(rèn)，熟悉醫(yī)療體系的管理工作；
3、具備質(zhì)量體系搭建、外部審核迎審溝通能力 。
